Airbnb concierge at the Port of Nice and Mont-Boron

A flat on the Lympia harbour, a one-bedroom near Place Garibaldi or a villa overlooking the bay on Mont-Boron: we already look after several homes here.

The neighbourhood on the rise

Around the Lympia harbour, Nice has changed: terraces, restaurants, markets and a village feel, a short walk from the Old Town and Castle Hill. The tram runs straight from the port to the airport, a strong selling point for guests.

Above it, Mont-Boron shows the other face of the area: villas, quiet residences, a forest park and panoramic views over the Baie des Anges and Villefranche bay. Guests come for a terrace, the view and peace and quiet, minutes from the centre.

Two kinds of guests, two ways of renting: short, lively stays by the port, longer family stays in the hills. We tailor the listing, pricing and welcome to each.

Good to know before renting

Change of use and quotas: in Nice, renting out a second home as a holiday let requires a change-of-use authorisation from the first night. The port and Mont-Boron are among the quota areas for 2026, with applications open from 1 September to 21 December 2026 on the Metropole's online service. We help you prepare the application.

Main residence: rented out for less than 120 days a year, it needs no change-of-use authorisation, but it must be registered and tourist tax collected.

Energy rating: the authorisation requires an energy performance certificate (DPE) rated between A and E.

Access: parking is tight around the port: clear instructions (tram, nearby car parks) prevent many bad reviews.
