💶 How is it calculated? Our commission is calculated on the nightly rate, excluding cleaning fees. Cleaning fees are charged to the guest on top and paid to the cleaning team. Example: 3 nights at €100 = €300 → €60 commission excl. VAT, i.e. €72 incl. VAT. Cleaning is paid separately by the guest.

You stay in control of your property: you approve the rates and receive your income directly. 📄 One-year agreement, with peace of mind: if you're not satisfied, we simply end the contract. Our goal: everyone happy.
