Our keys to holiday rentals on the French Riviera

One simple plan: 20% excl. VAT of the nightly rate (24% incl. VAT), for all our services. The commission excludes cleaning fees, which are charged to the guest on top and paid to the cleaning team.

The contract runs for one year. But our goal is for everyone to be happy: if you're not satisfied with our services, we simply end the contract.

Stays booked through Airbnb are covered by AirCover for Hosts. If something happens, we assess the damage, document it with photos and help you with the claim.

It depends on the status of your property. Main residence: you can rent it out for up to 120 nights a year (the rule in force in Nice since 1 September 2026), once it has been declared and has its registration number. Second home: you first need an authorisation from the City of Nice before you can rent it out. In both cases, we guide you through the process.

You don't need to do anything on site: we keep the keys, welcome guests, follow up on works if needed and step in if there's a problem. You follow everything remotely.

You stay in charge: we recommend rates based on the season, Riviera events and demand, and you approve them.
